What started as one man with a ladder and a pickup truck in Galion has grown into a full exterior maintenance outfit — but the way we work hasn’t changed much. Ted still looks at most jobs himself, still writes the estimate, and still hears about it first if something isn’t right.

Over the years customers kept asking for more: seal the roof, wash the brick, clean the glass, paint the poles out front. So we bought the equipment and learned to do it properly instead of handing the work to someone else.
