We paint houses, apartment buildings, offices, storefronts, churches, warehouses and factories. Some of it is a single dining room; some of it is 60,000 square feet of block wall. Either way the sequence is the same: protect everything that isn’t getting painted, fix the surface, then apply the right coating for the substrate and the exposure.
Ohio weather is hard on exteriors. South walls chalk, north walls hold mildew, and cheap paint on bare wood fails in three seasons. We spec products for the surface in front of us and tell you plainly when a repair should happen before paint instead of after.
Every job gets a written estimate that lists the prep, the products and the number of coats, so you can compare bids on something other than the bottom line.
