Most low-slope roofs don’t fail all at once. They fail at the seams, the fasteners, the curbs and the flashings. A properly installed coating system seals those details into one continuous membrane and reflects heat off the deck instead of holding it.
We start with a moisture check and a hard look at the substrate. If the insulation is saturated, a coating won’t save it and we’ll tell you so. If the deck is sound, we clean it, treat the rust, prime what needs primer, reinforce the seams and then apply the system at the specified mil thickness.
We work on residential, commercial and industrial buildings — warehouses, storefronts, churches, barns and manufacturing plants across the region.
